1)Project Hail Mary

It’s nearly time for one of the most anticipated releases of the year. We are all geared up for Phil Lord and Christopher Miller’s adaptation of Andy Weir’s best selling space, adventure novel that soars into theatres on the 19th March in the UK! We are also being treated to some special preview screenings on the 14th and 15th of march so get your tickets back. I am so ready to fall in love with Rocky all over again! This is one of the best books ever written and it was the first time I ever listened to an audiobook. The first reactions are proving to be extremely positive, with many social media reactions singing Ryan Goslings performance to be a career best.

Synopsis: Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light-years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory returns, he begins to uncover his mission: solve the riddle of the mysterious substance causing the sun to die out. He must call on his scientific knowledge and unorthodox ideas to save everything on Earth from extinction… but an unexpected friendship means he may not have to do it alone.

    2) Reminders of Him

Universal Pictures if you are reading this then I identify as someone who has this movie as one of the most anticipated of the year….invite me to your screening! ( just kidding….unless…). There is some truth to my statement though, I am such an OG fan of this book and I swear it changed my life whilst making me feel every single emotion possible. This adaptation is directed by none other than the wonderful Vanessa Caswill, who recently directed the romantic comedy ‘Love at First Sight’. Kenna’s story is one I believe everyone will deeply connect with, especially mothers out there or people who long to be a part of someones life they never got the chance to. This is not only a beautiful love story, but it is a story of redemption. Get your tissues ready.

Synopsis: After a perfect outing with her boyfriend, Kenna makes an unbearable mistake that sends her to prison. Seven years later, Kenna returns to her hometown in Wyoming, hoping to rebuild her life and earn the chance to reunite with her young daughter, Diem, whom she has never known. When Diem’s custodial grandparents adamantly refuse Kenna’s attempts to see her daughter, Kenna discovers unexpected compassion, and then something truer and deeper, with former NFL player and local bar owner Ledger. As their secret romance develops, so do the dangers for both of them, leading Kenna toward heartbreak and, ultimately, the hope for a second chance.
